An unusual Christmas card / Eine ungewöhnliche Weihnachtskarte

The background is made with red and green Encaustic Wax and brambleberry leaves. At last 
I glued the german christmas wish and the red leaves on. I linked it to TaW

Collage Magazin City Skyline

I made a background size dinar of A 4 in blue colors and a city skyline from magazin cut outs.Then I have laid them (only to glue) on the background and draw shadows around, you can see them below. After that I painted over the city collage with different distress paints and the outlines with black marker. Then I glued them on the background under the shades. At last I painted the water reflexion, glued the sun on, stamped the birds and added still some color on the sky. I hope you like it and I'm glad if you leave a comment, it means a lot to me. Nochmal liebe Geb.Post / Once again birthday greetings

Ich hab mich wie Bolle gefreut als nochmal liebe Geb.Post im Briefkasten war.
Eine zauberhafte Winterschneeflockenkarte wie aus einem Märchen und ein witziges ATC, ich  hab mich kaputt gelacht über den Spruch, passt perfekt zu mir Nachteule.
Dann Wachsstifte für mein Encaustichobby, passt primstens, (hab ja von Männe eine HeizMalPlatte und auch noch Zubehör bekommen) und noch schöne Abdrücke zum Verbasteln.

My Headlines Beauty for Art Journal Journey (Stampendous Glance))

(Deutsche Beschreibung drunter) The background is again made like the Erin Ashley inspired posts before with cut out headlines glued with Mod Podge on cardstock. Paint over with a bit Gesso, specially in the middle this time. After that I stamped the face and paint over with colored Gesso, first less then I tried more and more to smooth the unevenness from the background headlines more. Also I intensified the area around with colors after stamping the diamond patterns. You can see the color and stamp progress in steps below. I hope you like it and wish all my visiters a nice 2.nd sunday in Advent.

Ein Stück cardstock hab ich mit Gesso bepinselt und die Überschriften mit ModPodge aufgeklebt und mit einigen Pinselstrichen Gesso etwas unleserlicher gemacht, speciell in der Mitte wo ich das Gesicht aufstempeln wollte, das ich dann mit gefärbtem Gesso bemalt habe, stückweise hab ich immer mehr versucht die Streifen und Unebenheiten vom HG zu verdecken, gelingt nicht ganz, weil Kleber und Gesso uneben auftrocknen. Das Umfeld hab ich auch mehrmals mit Distress nachgefärbt nach dem Bestempeln mit den Diamonds.

see the progress below) and then paint a bit over with gesso and brown dylusion. I hope you like it too.
