This is a magazin page, altered with Neocolors. I added some butterflies, a great eye, a flower, frame stripes and quote.

"Less-is-more" experiment

.....I tried the less-is-more design, inspired by the beautiful cards of Yvon

Zeus is trying to surf, but I guess he'll turn belly-up and goes swimming.*g*

I took a magazin page, altered and intensified only the black framed part with Neocolors and Pan Pastells. 
Look the steps below. Then draw a "surfboard", cut it out, put the Zeus statue on it and draw the sea foam around.

I altered and intensified the colors of a mag. photo with Neocolors,  added cut out ballons and the stamped girl.
