The glossy background (2. photo) is made like this video of Tim Holtz using an air duster but I used Copic refiller instead of AAI's. I also used white gelpen, black fineliner for highlights and dots, and Memories inkpad for the Tim Holtz stamps.

These colourful splashes are beautiful! I don't use bright colours really often (especially when I make washi-tape cards), but I love these colours on creations made by someone else hihi. The background itself is just beautiful, but the black stamps on it are a great add!
