WS Challenge "More than words"

I love these Grace, Faith and Joy girl stamps. The expression look in Grace's eyes says more than words.
For my card I added a blouse with fineliner in style of the stamp design.

Die liebe Claudia hat mir von Grace und Joy Adrücke geschickt und das ist der 1. den ich jetzt etwas unten verlängert habe.

WS Challenge "More than words…"

"Art can say more than words, and so can a facial expression, a colour, a setting are all things that can make an impression and speak louder than words… You can still use words in your piece, and you’re welcome to interpret the theme however you want. Just remember to use at least one rubberstamp."
Description:
1. I made a sqeeze image (paper filled with colors and then put another paper onto, press and remove )
2.Then I let me inspire of the lines and all patterns. I "saw" a clown with all emotions in his soul.
3. I traced all lines and fortified them with colorpens to work out the image.
His facial expression says mor than all words. The little spider is of stampotique.

Beschreibung:
1. Ich habe ein Abklatschbild gemacht, und mich inspirieren lassen von allen Linien und Mustern, die sich dadurch ergeben haben.
2.Ich habe einen Clown "gesehen" mit allen Emotionen.
3. Mit Bunstiften habe ich alle Konturen und anderen Linien verstärkt und so das Bild herausgearbeitet.
Die kleine Spinne unten rechts ist ein Stampotique Stempel.

Journal Page "MOONWALK"

For the background I sprayed different colors on a acrylic block and stamped it on the page.
I intensified some areas with pastell chalk. Zetti city below is twice-stamped and glued one another.
The city back is stamped with chalk in blue.The city in front is stamped in rock'n roll technique with chalk inkpad in violet and black. Zetti Figure is colored only with pastell chalk.

Einen Beitrag tiefer ist die 1. Seite im Entstehen gezeigt, heute ist die 2. Seite fertig,
genauso mit Gesso und Neocolors gemacht wie im Posting drunter vom 9.4. beschrieben.
Die Lilien sind aus einer Serviette ausgeschnitten, der Kolibri aus einem Magazin. (Das kleine Bild für stärkste Vergrößerung anklicken)

1. Bild: Zuerst hab ich alles mit Gesso übergepinselt, dann wird nach und nach mit Bleistift/Buntstift
vorgezeichnet und herausgearbeitet was man darstellen möchte.
Also bei mir jetzt zuerst die Aussen-Konturen, dann innen Augen, Nase, Mund, Arm, Hand.Ich hab auch schon die Umgebung farblich dunkel vorgeben.Immer wieder kann man mit Gesso drübergehen. (das hab ich jetzt nicht alles step bei step einscannen können, dann wäre ich erst Ostern fertig, ich hab leider keine Videocam am Monitor.)
2. Bild: Dann wird wieder je nachdem wie man verfahren möchte mit wasservermalbarem Buntstift oder mit wasserlöslichem Neocolorstift (Ich mixe beides) weitergemalt, also alle Umrisse und Vorzeichnungen verstärkt.
3. Bild mit Vergrößerun: Ich hab für Euch einige Striche mal reingezeichnet und direkt daneben schon mal feucht verwischt.So fangt alle Kolorierung an.
Daneben eine Teilvergrößerung, damit man die Strukturen von Gesso und ÖlKreide besser sieht.
4. Bild: mit Buntstift sind weitere Feinheiten und Tiefen ausgearbeitet, vorallem an den Augen, Mund Nase und Gesichtskontur und Hand.
5. Bild: Nun hab ich doch noch einen Hut kreiert. Und die Haut ist noch mit echter Pastellkreide gewischt. Ihr seht es im Vergleich zum Bild davor.
Zum Schluß habe ich noch die Vögel und die Lilie aus einem Magazin zugefügt.

"Love your inner Child" / "LIebe das Kind in Dir"

Description: Background is painted with Gesso, and then colored with different Neocolors 2, which I smugded with wet tissue.
The lady and the eyes are cut out of a magazin. I glued the eyes on the Zetti face and then over the magazin lady
and colored it adapted to the neckline. Background dots are stamped with empty foamdots,
look below.(they are double-sided adhesive. I mounted one side, and the other side
I dabbed with inkpad, so it glued no more, and stamped very well)

Beschreibung:.
Die Seite ist erst mit Gesso eingepinselt und dann mit verschiedenen Neocolor 2 bemalt, die ich mit Feuchttuch verwischt habe.
Die Löcher im Hintergrund hab ich mit den leeren Klebepunkten gestempelt. Die sind schön gepolstert, das geht bestens!
Die Augen und der Körper der lady sind aus einem Magazin. Ich habe die Augen auf das Zetti-Gesicht geklebt,
und das dann auf die Lady. Die Farben mit Buntstiften an den Hals angepasst.
Der Rand ist ausverschiedenen Zeitungsmustern wellig ausgeschnitten und mit schw. Filzer umrandet.

"Real Beauty is immortal" or Black Swan. "Wahre Schönheit ist unvergänglich"

I'm fascinated by this Black Swan face of Natalie Portman. I want to made a new page with that.
But it wasn't so easy as I thought!
The right photo shows any black red pieces I cut out, but I used not all.
Size It's 12 X 8,3 inch Description:
1. I doodled the face with black Marker. For the new page I cut out these black red pieces of a magazin,
but I used not all.
2.The background I've made with webbing spray and then I wiped soft some areas with black and red.
3. finished the face with white gelpen and wiped the skin a little bit with ink of rose pigmentpad,
and colored the hairline with brown-black Neocolor.
4. I glued the head on the circle piece and the red half circle on top of the hair.
Below I added the other pieces. The Quotation is in german which is "Real beauty is immortal"
5. I laid the finished portrait on the background, then I stamped the T.H.flourish 4 times with StazON on
transparent paper, cut them out and glued with stick arround and then glued the lady thereover.

Ich war fasziniert von dem Foto von N. Portman aus dem Film "Black Swan" und wollte damit eine Seite machen.
War gar nicht so einfach wie ichs mir vorgestellt hatte.
Das rechte Foto zeigt alle Teile, die ich ausgeschnitten hatte, aber nicht alle hab ich benutzt.
Größe 29, 5 X 21 cm Beschreibung:
1. Hab ich das Gesicht mit feinem Marker gedoodelt.
2. Den HG hab ich mit Webbing Spray gemacht und dann zart mit schwarz und rosé getupft/gewischt.
3. Ich habe das Gesicht mit mit weissem Gelstift (Augen)gestrichelt und die Haut mit rosa Tinte vom Pigmentkissen gewischt.
4. Ich habe den den Kopf auf das Kreismuster geklebt und den roten Halkreis auf die Haare und die anderen Teile unten am Halsansatz.
5. Ich habe das fertige Portait auf den HG gelegt, die T.H. Schnörkel 4 X mit StazOn auf Transp-papier gestempelt und mit Klebestift auf den HG geklebt, darüber das Portrait.

WS "Enchanted Spring" / "Frühling ist da"

Since my childhood I love it when in spring the chirping birds fly around to build her bird nests.
Now I painted the treetop with different nests of various birds in memory of my child imagination.

Seit meiner Kindheit liebe ich es, wenn die Vögel im Frühjahr zwitschernd eifrig herumfliegen und ihre Nester bauen.
Ich habe eine Baumkrone gemalt wie sie in meiner kindlichen Vorstellungswelt ausgesehen hat,
voll besiedelt mit allerlei unterschiedlichen Vögeln und den verschiedenartigsten Nestern.

1 of 2 New Art-Journal Pages TRANSFORMATION / VERWANDLUNG

I saw the double pages below in a Magazin also the Avatar Head and they inspired me.
1. I altered the head and the left page (look the beginning below) with marker, white gelpen (Signo of uniball)and Neocolors (Oilpastell).
2. Glued the head, quotation (T.Holtz) and the other details.
Now I wait for another inspiration to adapt the right page...but first I enjoy a cup of cappuccino :-)

Diese DoppelSeiten hab ich in einem Magazin gesehen ebenso den Avatar Kopf und sie haben mich angeregt sie zu verbinden.
1.Zuerst habe ich den Kopf bemalt, und dann die linke Magazin Seite mit schw. permanent marker,
weissem gelpen (Signo von uniball)und Neocolors (Öllpastellkreiden).
2. Dann hab ich den Kopf, den Spruch (T.Holtz) und die anderen Details aufgeklebt.
Nun warte ich auf eine Eingebung, um die rechte Seite anzupassen,
aber erst gönne ich mir einen leckeren Cappu. :-)
